Program Manager

Leidos currently has an opening for a Program Manager on our GSMO II IDIQ contract’s Handling, Incident, System Health (PHISH) Support Services Task Order in Alexandria, VA. This task order supports a full range of IT products, services, and solutions and customer services to the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (CJCS) and the Joint Staff (JS), Director of Administration (DA), Pentagon Force Protection Agency (PFPA), Washington Headquarters Services (WHS), and other OSD offices for them to meet mission and business requirements. Through the JSP PHISH, JSP performs cyber defensive actions in support of JSP and its customers including but not limited to: Army, OSD, Joint Staff, Pentagon, Force Protection Agency (PHPA), and Joint Artificial Intelligence Center (JIAC).

 

This Task Order has 180+ FTEs working to perform PHISH support services for the JSP-supported networks and infrastructure. The team assists with monitoring network and end point data to prevent, detect, respond, and recover from adversarial activities and customer IP address space, compute and storage capabilities, desktops, laptops, VDI, data repositories in the FOUO, unclassified, secret, JWICS, and associated management networks.

The Program Manager is responsible for the management of cost, schedule, quality and risk. The PM must support, provide leadership, and have the interpersonal communication skills necessary to inspire and lead a complex and high-paced environment. The PM will interface with senior leaders, contracting officer, and the COR. 

 

An active TS with SCI eligibility security clearance is required and this role will be based onsite at the Mark Center in Alexandria, VA area.

 

Primary Responsibilities:     

• Responsible for financial, technical, administrative, contractual, and personnel aspects of the contract
• Manage project schedules and coordinate contractor activities in accordance with the PWS
• Work closely with third parties (e.g. other contractors, other Federal entities) to facilitate integrated mission support
• Present regular executive briefings to the government on services provided on the contract (verbal and written)
• Apprise Government stakeholders on productivity and quality assurance
• Ensure that all work on the contract complies with the contract terms and conditions and is approved/coordinated with senior corporate managers
• Responsible for making sure the program is staffed and working with teammates to achieve Leidos success
• Supports delivery of CDRLs
• Coordinates with government customers, understands customer’s technical needs
• Proactively identifies and mitigates risks; identifies and capitalizes on opportunities
• Establishes and maintains an inclusive work environment consistent with Leidos values and ethics

 

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience. Additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Prior experience with programs of similar size and complexity (50-100 FTEs; Defensive Cyber)
• Demonstrates advanced knowledge in planning, directing, and managing projects/operations in an organization similar in size to this program
• Demonstrates experience with researching and fielding new and innovative technologies
• Demonstrates experience in procurement of IT hardware and software
• Demonstrates experience in defensive cyber operations
• Effectively work with a team establishing strong, collaborative working relationships with government customers, technical staff, and senior managers
• Strong follow through skills.

• ITL Foundations Certification

• PMP Certification

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with JSP and/or understands JSP’s mission
• 5 or more years of IT program management or leadership experience in DoD environment
• 10 or more years of IT program management experience
• DoD 8570 IAM Level II Certification
• Active TS/SCI

Pay Range:

Pay Range $131,300.00 - $237,350.00
