Sales Manager, PF

Job Summary
RHB Bank Berhad is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager, PF (Personal Finance) to lead and manage our personal financing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, acquiring new customers, and maximizing revenue from personal financial products. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of retail banking products, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Job Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and manage a team of personal financing sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
* Formulate and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns to expand RHB's market share in the personal finance segment.
* Monitor team performance, provide regular coaching, and conduct performance evaluations to ensure continuous professional development.
* Identify and establish strategic partnerships and cross-selling opportunities to generate high-quality leads.
* Ensure all sales activities and credit applications strictly comply with the bank's internal policies, credit guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
* Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve customer escalations promptly to enhance customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.

Job Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail banking sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity focusing on Personal Finance (PF) products.
* Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in the financial services industry.
* Strong knowledge of personal financing products, credit assessment, and regulatory guidelines governing retail banking in Malaysia.
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire a high-performing sales team.
