The Fulfillment Supervisor will supervise order entry, administration, and shipping processes of fulfillment team. This role will ensure all tasks are completed in accordance with AIT's policies and procedures. Additionally, the Fulfillment Supervisor will create shift schedule to include, workstation assignments/rotations, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations.Responsibilities
- Supervise the process of fulfillment of orders by; managing the receipt, keying, and processing of orders or changes and determining departmental budgets and costs.
- Organize customer product labeling/fulfillment requests and create proper cost model.
- Work with other internal departments to make sure orders are filled according to agreed time lines
- Work with Operations Manager on coordinating customer roll outs
- Work closely with customers and internal team on 3PL Central WMS software & report development
- Assist in escalation request, research, and address issues with employees. Update process to fit resolutions and continue process improvement flow.
- Manage and assign work schedules, monitor overtime and time off request to assure department coverage based on business needs
- Assign quarterly and annually goals and monitor employee's goals progress
- Track product expiration dates with picture evidence to expand quality control capabilities
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards
Qualifications
Education• High School Diploma or GED equivalent (Required) Experience• 3+ years experience in fulfillment and warehouse operations (Required) • 1+ years experience in domestic, international and cartage freight forwarding warehousing services (Required) Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • Applies fundamental concepts High • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Medium Licenses and Certifications • Forklift Certification - (Required)What AIT Can Offer You
