Job Summary

Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, Axiom, with the spin planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Fulfillment Supervisor located in Bielsko-Biala,Poland.

 

Reporting to the Senior Materials Manager, the Fulfillment Supervisor role involves overseeing activities related to the procurement of Direct materials, parts, components and equipment. Directs and coordinates activities of personnel engaged in procurement consistent with delivery requirements and quality specifications.

 

 

 

What a typical day looks like:

• Following-up policies and procedures for the operation of procurement activities.
• Establishing goals for purchasing department aligned with roadmap and strategy of the company
• Managing and guiding a team of buyers to meet procurement and supplier management goals
• Supervising the team in the management of the supply chain to achieve continuous timely supply of parts and services
• Approving purchase orders and change notices through subordinates.
• Investigating inventory levels. Helping process to manage excess and obsolete material.
• Conducting supplier performance reviews and helping the team to maintain supplier consistent on time delivery and implementing processes with suppliers to ensure on time delivery and quality of product / service
• Monitoring on-time supplier deliveries, inventory turns, MRP execution, Purchase Price Variance, processing time reduction, supplier performance and cost investigation.
• Acting as first point of escalation with suppliers and communicate all unresolved issues to the Senior Materials Manager
• Implementing appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce

 

 

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Degree in logistics or a closely related field
• At least 3 years in a managerial position in logistics/purchasing area
• CPIM certificate or similar is an additional asset
• Knowledge of SAP system or any other ERP class system is an additional asset
• Good knowledge of MS Office package
• Strong proficiency in English at a professional, business‑level standard
• Goal-oriented attitude, open-minded individual, good negotiator, effective communicator
• Experience in preparing reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals
• Expertise in defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts and drawing valid conclusions
