Job Summary
Seeking a results-driven, dynamic, and empathetic Personal Lines Sales Manager to lead a personal lines sales team. This role involves overseeing the development and management of sales strategies for personal lines insurance products, driving growth while prioritizing exceptional customer experiences. The role requires collaboration with various teams, fostering innovation, and ensuring services address the unique needs of clients.
Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate the personal lines sales team to ensure accountability and professional growth.
- Sales Strategy Development: Design and execute innovative sales plans to meet revenue goals and enhance customer engagement.

Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience in the personal lines insurance industry, including successful leadership or sales management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, inspire, and develop talent within a team to achieve shared goals.
- Strong understanding of personal lines insurance products, services, and relevant regulations.
- Skilled in data-driven decision-making to enhance sales performance and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in relevant technologies and insurance management systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
