Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and professional Personal Lines Sales Agent (Inside Sales) to join a team. This role is ideal for a results-driven individual with a passion for sales and a strong background in personal lines insurance. You will be responsible for managing inbound leads, guiding clients through the sales process, and maximizing cross-sell opportunities. This position offers a flexible work environment with a mandatory two-week onsite training period.

Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 annually
• Commission: 25% on revenue
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package.
• Work Environment: Flexible, with a combination of remote and in-office work

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads and guide clients through the sales process
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Utilize AMS 360 software to manage accounts and client information
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve sales goals
• Maintain a professional demeanor and take accountability for meeting performance targets

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required
• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in personal lines sales
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS 360 software preferred
