Overview
As an ASE Technician, you'll diagnose and repair automotive systems including engine repair, transmissions, brakes, electrical systems, and more. You'll perform services according to ASE standards, complete MPI inspections, maintain work orders, and ensure customer vehicles are serviced correctly the first time. You're expected to maintain ASE certifications, follow safety protocols, and participate in the 5-for-5 customer engagement process. This role requires a minimum productivity of 90% and adherence to quality service policies.
