Overview
As an ASE Technician, you'll diagnose and repair various automotive systems including engines, transmissions, brakes, electrical components, and climate control systems. You'll perform services according to VIP quality standards, complete comprehensive vehicle inspections, and maintain a minimum 90% productivity rate. Responsibilities include following all safety procedures, properly managing parts and materials, and participating in customer education through the 5-for-5 process. Required certifications include ASE (four A-Series), TIA BATS, TIA TPMS, and state vehicle inspector license. Regular training sessions and LMS coursework are required.
