Overview
As an ASE Technician, you'll provide expert automotive repair services including diagnosis and maintenance of engines, transmissions, brakes, electrical systems, and HVAC components. You'll ensure all work meets VIP quality standards, complete MPI inspections on every vehicle, and maintain a 90% productivity rate. Key responsibilities include following all safety protocols, properly managing parts and materials, and participating in the 5-for-5 customer engagement process. Required certifications include ASE (four A-Series), TIA BATS, TIA TPMS, and state vehicle inspector license. Ongoing training through LMS and vendor programs is mandatory.
