About you:
Own the commercial success and customer value of a specialist workforce management product shaping the facilities, cleaning, and estate services industries.
You’ll operate at both strategic and execution levels—diving into complex operational detail while confidently influencing senior stakeholders with a clear product vision and commercial roadmap.
Customer-obsessed and insight-driven, you leverage AI-enabled discovery and real customer engagement to uncover growth opportunities, sharpen product-market fit, and deliver measurable outcomes across ARR, retention, and adoption.
What You’ll Own
- Commercial Growth – Define and drive product strategy, positioning, pricing, and go-to-market success
- Customer Value – Turn insights into impactful roadmap decisions that boost retention and expansion
- Product Excellence – Partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful outcomes
- Portfolio Impact – Think beyond a single product and maximize value across the broader suite

What You Bring
- 3–5 years in Product Management within B2B SaaS
- Strong commercial mindset with experience owning growth metrics (ARR, GRR, NRR)
- Proven ability to translate customer and market insights into winning product strategies
- Confident working with engineering on delivery and trade-offs
- Hands-on with AI tools for discovery, analysis, and decision-making
Bonus Points
- Experience in workforce or facilities management
- Background in complex or operationally intensive products
