This hybrid position will be located at our Corporate Office in Camp Hill, PA. Expectations for hybrid in-office schedule is three days a week: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Foot Locker, Inc. is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team! The Senior Financial Analyst Supply Chain is responsible for the key reporting and review of our Distribution Centers (DCs) and will work closely with our Financial Service Center and Supply Chain finance leaders to provide actionable insights from data analysis to drive achievement of Supply Chain goals.

Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth meaningful, actionable, and timely analysis to inform DC Operation leaders of trends and exceptions, with limited guidance from leadership.
- Areas of review include: labor expenses, supply usage, capital requests/needs, inventory, and productivity.
- Prepare and maintain timely and accurate monthly forecasting for DCs.
- Forecasting includes variable (labor and supply) expenses along with all fixed expenses related to the DCs.
- Prepare annual operating expense budget for DCs by partnering with DC leadership as well as Supply Chain Finance leadership.
- Be able to explain key variances in YoY dollar and %s.
- Identify opportunities to control and reduce expenses within the DCs and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Partner with Finance leadership to translate recommendations into actionable opportunities.
- Prepare and review various financial analyses to determine profitability and impact on the segment.
- Analytics include month end budget/LY comparisons, Variable Cost per Unit (VCPU), and volume driven impacts.
- Review, streamline, and standardize financial reports across the Supply Chain finance organization; eliminate redundancy and create efficiencies where possible.
- Prepare monthly journal entries, account reconciliations and analytics in accordance with GAAP.
- Align with key priorities of the business and recommend actions (through analyzing and interpreting data and conducting comparative analysis) that can achieve company goals.
- Pro-actively work to identify and solve problems and improve processes.
- Maintain appropriate internal control documentation, as applicable, and adhere to formally documented control procedures to ensure on-going compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley legislation and to prevent any audit exceptions.
- Provide support to management, as needed, on special projects and requests.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) with a major in finance/accounting or related field from an accredited college or university
- 2+ years of related work experience
- Supply Chain/Logistics experience a plus, preferably in Distribution Center operating expenses
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, primarily Excel and Word
- Experience with PowerBI a plus
SKILLS:
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- Comfort dealing with ambiguity coupled with the ability to work independently

Benefits
The annual base salary range is $72000 - $78000. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
