Spécialiste, opérations de vente en gros

Qui vous êtes :

Vous êtes extrêmement organisé, fiable, à l'aise avec Excel et avez d'excellentes compétences en communication et en écoute. Vous travaillerez dans un environnement dynamique où une personne autonome avec une attitude positive s'épanouira. Vous ferez partie de l'équipe de vente en gros mais aurez l'opportunité de collaborer avec différents départements (DC, importation/production, vente au détail). Ce que vous ferez :

Rapports

• Créer et envoyer des rapports de ventes chaque semaine
• Envoyer des analyses rétrospectives trimestrielles des ventes à l’équipe élargie et au service Merchandising
• Gérer et collaborer avec le directeur senior sur les synthèses de marché réalisées après la clôture du marché

Inventaire

• Gérer et mettre à jour les stocks disponibles et à venir chaque semaine
• Créer des dossiers de stocks à envoyer aux clients

Service à la clientèle et logistique

• Veiller à ce que tous les EDI et bons de commande soient traités dans les délais pour la division
• Collaborer avec le service client si nécessaire pour les questions liées à l’expédition, aux prolongations de délai ou aux ruptures de stock
• Travailler avec les services logistique et production pour garantir l’arrivée des produits dans les délais

Préparation du marché

• Participer au suivi des échantillons et à la mise en valeur du showroom (4 fois par an)
• Gérer le calendrier des étapes clés du marché, des échéances et des rendez-vous
• Veiller à ce que le showroom et l'arrière-boutique soient propres et bien rangés
• Gérer les demandes d'échantillons émanant des clients

Marchés

• S'assurer que la liste des articles saisonniers est configurée dans le système et la mettre à jour si nécessaire
• Créer et tenir à jour les fichiers de calcul des coûts saisonniers et veiller à leur importation dans le système
• Participer à la préparation des rendez-vous commerciaux en envoyant les listes d'articles et les fiches détaillées aux clients
• Assister le directeur principal dans l'élaboration des plans de gamme avant le lancement sur le marché

Vous aurez besoin de :

• 2 à 3 ans d'expérience pertinente dans le secteur de la vente au détail de mode ; une expérience dans la vente en gros serait un atout
• Maîtrise d'Excel et de l'analyse de données
• Souci du détail et excellentes compétences en matière d'organisation et de gestion du temps
• Capacité à travailler en collaboration avec différentes équipes et à gérer plusieurs priorités dans un environnement dynamique
• Passion pour la mode et sens aigu des tendances

Specialist, Wholesale Operations

Who You Are:

You are extremely organized, reliable, excel savvy and have great communication and listening skills. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude will thrive. You will work within the wholesale team but will have the opportunity to collaborate with various departments (DC, import/production, retail). What You’ll Do:

Reporting

• Create and send selling reports on a weekly basis
• Send out quarterly selling hindsight to greater team & Merchandising
• Manage/Partner with Senior Director on Market Recaps done after market is closed

Inventory

• Manage and update available and upcoming inventory on a weekly basis
• Create inventory packages to send to accounts

Customer Service & Logistics

• Ensure all EDI's/PO's are processed timely for division
• Partner with customer service as needed on shipping related questions, extensions, or shortages
• Work with logistics and production departments to ensure timely arrival of product

Market Prep

• Assist in tracking samples and merchandising showroom (4x/year)
• Manage calendar for market milestones, deadlines & appointments
• Keep showroom and backroom in order and organized
• Manage sample requests from accounts

Market

• Ensure seasonal line list set up in system and update as needed
• Create and maintain seasonal costing files and ensure upload in system
• Assist in market appointments by sending line lists and detail sheets to accounts
• Assist Senior Director with pre-market line plans

You’ll Need to Have:

• 2-3 years of pertinent experience in fashion retail; wholesale experience would be an asset
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis
• Detail oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for fashion and a strong sense of trends
