Your mission
The purpose of this role is to support the delivery of marketing, branding and club-related initiatives across the EuroLeague and EuroCup ecosystem, ensuring alignment between clubs, partners and internal stakeholders while contributing to the growth of Euroleague Basketball.
Role Summary:
The post holder will contribute to the achievement of the performance targets, aims and objectives of the company through the following:
- Lead and coordinate marketing activities involving EuroLeague and EuroCup clubs, covering both competition-related initiatives and broader strategic projects.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with Marketing Directors and key commercial, communication and digital stakeholders across clubs.
- Act as a central point of contact for clubs on marketing, branding and commercial initiatives.
- Coordinate the execution of league-wide campaigns, activations and Go-To-Market initiatives involving clubs and external partners.
- Support the Brand team in delivering corporate, commercial and fan-facing marketing initiatives while ensuring consistency across the Euroleague Basketball ecosystem.
- Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of branded audiovisual and content initiatives across EuroLeague and EuroCup competitions, working alongside internal teams, agencies and production partners.
- Contribute to the execution of key corporate projects
- Collaborate with internal departments including Commercial, Operations, Content, Competition, Communications, Digital and Broadcasting to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative marketing projects with a strong business and fan engagement focus.
- Assist in identifying opportunities to leverage technology, automation and digital tools to improve workflows and club servicing.
- Monitor industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies across sports, entertainment and digital media.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, Business Administration, Management of Business and Technology, Communications, Sports Management or a related field.
- Postgraduate or Master's studies in Project Management, Sports Management, Marketing or related disciplines will be considered an advantage.
- 1–3 years of professional experience in sports marketing, sports business, digital marketing, project management or international organizations is desirable.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory. Additional European languages will be considered a strong asset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced international environment, managing multiple priorities, meeting tight deadlines and adapting quickly to changing business needs.
- Demonstrated project coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Passion for sports and basketball is highly valued. Knowledge of the EuroLeague and EuroCup ecosystem and/or Euroleague Basketball's organization and operations will be considered a plus.
- Good understanding of marketing and branding principles, with the ability to translate business objectives and communication needs into effective marketing initiatives and deliverables.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners and clubs across different markets.
- Strong organizational capabilities combined with a methodical, detail-oriented and proactive approach to work.
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to work cross-functionally, contributing positively to a high-performing and team-oriented environment.
- High standards of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality, with a strong commitment to the values of Euroleague Basketball and the wider basketball ecosystem.
