Your mission

Job Purpose:
The purpose of this role is to support the development of brand and corporate marketing initiatives that enhance the organization's positioning and visibility, while contributing to the growth of the EuroCup competition through marketing activations, club engagement and collective marketing initiatives.
 
Role Summary:
The post holder will contribute to the achievement of the performance targets, aims and objectives of the company through the following:

•  Support the Brand department in delivering branding & marketing initiatives focused on corporate and business needs. 
• Collaborate across departments to ensure brand consistency and alignment. 
• Contribute to strengthening the company's corporate identity through strategic brand management. 
• Support the execution of marketing activities related to EuroCup clubs, covering both day-to-day sports marketing operations linked to competitions and specific marketing projects involving clubs and their participation.
• Conduct and maintain relationship with Marketing Directors and key marketing contacts of EuroCup clubs.
• Establish regular relationship with EuroCup clubs to inform them about collective plans and service them in any marketing, commercial and communication issue.

Your profile

The personal profile is a picture of the skills, knowledge and experience needed to carry out the job.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, Management of Business and Technology, Communications, or a related field.
• Master studies related to Project Management, Sports Management, Marketing or similar is a plus.
• Previous experience in the sports industry, agency environment, or international organizations will be considered a plus.
• Advance level of English language is compulsory. Additional European languages will be considered a plus.
• Demonstrable project coordination and organizational skills. 
• Passion for sports and basketball will be highly valued. Knowledge of the EuroLeague and EuroCup ecosystem and/or the organization will be considered a plus.
• Understanding of branding and marketing principles, with the ability to translate business and communication needs into effective marketing initiatives. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and adapt quickly to changing business needs.
• Strong organizational skills, with a methodical, detail-oriented and responsible approach to work.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to collaborate across teams, contributing positively to a supportive and high-performing work environment.
• High standards of integrity, professionalism and confidentiality, with a strong commitment to organizational values and the basketball industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including clubs.
• Openness to feedback and continuous learning, maintaining a positive attitude when giving and receiving constructive input.
• Holds EU nationality and / or a valid residency / work permit for Spain.
