Following the close of each platform or add-on acquisition, we invite business owners to remain actively involved as presidents of their operating units. We have deep respect for what it takes to build a business from the ground up and view founders as essential partners in our strategy. Their institutional knowledge, market insight, and long-standing customer relationships are critical to continued success, which is why we encourage them to remain with the platform as presidents of their respective operating units.
To bridge this gap, we deliberately construct seasoned leadership teams at each platform with the Platform CEO as the core hire. At all stages of the deal cycle, our CEOs provides the leadership and operational expertise needed to professionalize the business, set strategic priorities, and manage the organization through a period of rapid scaling.
