The Key Purpose of this role is to represent and provide leadership and coaching to the maintenance supply team as well as provide strategic and tactical leadership for all aspects related to Maintenance Processes, Zone and Global Policies as well as the entire management system of the company. Manage the holistic operation of the assigned region's maintenance operations including routine reports, monitoring of production and maintenance indicators, detection and communication of best practices. Ensure compliance with the guidelines and execution in accordance with Life Cycle budget.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist facilities in developing a 3YP and 1YP maintenance plan and ensure its alignment with the zone.
- Ensure that maintenance requirements are executed, and its performance managed
- Ensure the sustained implementation of VPO, maintenance policies, standards and tools
- Management of maintenance financials
- Implement and monitor Safety strategies in the maintenance areas of the area.
- Follow up on the Quality strategy of the area
- Follow up on the Environment strategy of the area
- Contribute to the improvement of the knowledge, skills and abilities of the leadership personnel in the plants.
- Provide technical support to supply operations in technical issues of equipment maintenance / operation.
- Provide support to supply operations in issues of troubleshooting (method).
- Ensure that champions and other saving initiatives are implemented, and identify new savings initiatives.
- Work with the facilities to identify major performance gaps and assist in identifying solutions to these utilizing the tools of maintenance.
- Monitor maintenance KPIs and PIs and manage performance gaps with the facilities.
- Ensure that the other 6 pillars are fully implemented in the maintenance departments at all facilities.

Minimum Requirements:
- BSC degree Engineering qualification or equivalent.
- 10 years minimum in Project Management and/or Maintenance /Engineering Operations
- Must have experience in effective implementation of maintenance and management processes and systems.
- In-depth knowledge of brewing, utilities and malting processes (one or several)
- Problem solving ability to be able to guide Plants in developing actions plans to improve both KPI performance and VPO means scores.
- Experience in coaching and training and guiding plant leadership teams.
