Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have domain exposure to Equities, Private Credit, Debt Markets, Investments, Asset Management, or Financial Services and be capable of delivering solutions that enhance lead generation, customer engagement, business process automation, response management, and deal closure efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications to support business growth and operational efficiency.
Implement and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related platform functionalities.
Develop custom Lightning Components, Apex Classes, Triggers, Visualforce Pages, and integrations.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to streamline and automate lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-closure processes.
Build and optimize workflows, validation rules, approval processes, and automation solutions.
Integrate Salesforce with external applications and financial systems.
Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to support sales and investment teams.
Ensure data quality, security, and compliance across the Salesforce ecosystem.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while ensuring platform performance and scalability.
Required Skills
5+ years of Salesforce Development experience.
Strong expertise in:
Apex
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Visualforce
SOQL/SOSL
Salesforce APIs and Integrations
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Knowledge of Salesforce security model, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
Strong understanding of CRM processes, lead management, and sales lifecycle management.
Experience with Agile development methodologies and CI/CD practices.
Proficiency in data migration and integration tools.

Experience working with investment banking, asset management, or financial services organizations.
