| Main Purpose of the Job: |
| To provide commercial, contractual, and cost management support for building, infrastructure, and railway projects, ensuring effective project delivery, cost control, risk management, and compliance with contractual and corporate governance requirements. The role also supports business development initiatives and contributes to the overall commercial performance of the business. |
| Job Description (Key Responsibilities): |
- Assist project teams in delivering commercial functions for building, infrastructure and railways projects in Hong Kong and overseas.
- Support project teams in managing contractual and commercial matters throughout the project lifecycle, including contract administration, procurement, tendering, variations, claims and contract compliance monitoring.
- Prepare cost estimates, cost plans, tender documents and bills of quantities for projects.
- Support the finance team in monitoring project budgets, expenditures, cash flow forecasts, and commercial performance to ensure effective cost control.
- Manage and coordinate all project-related insurance matters.
- Prepare business presentations, project cost reports, management reports, and maintain pipeline and commercial databases.
- Support business development initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and corporate governance standards.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, subconsultants and various departments on commercial and contractual matters.
- Perform ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned.

| Qualifications & Experience
- Degree holder in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Cost Management, or a related discipline from a recognized university.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business development, commercial management, contract administration, and/or project controls within the construction, engineering, or related industries.
- Sound knowledge of cost planning, contract administration, tendering, and commercial reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with cost and financial management systems would be beneficial.
- Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop would be an added advantage.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
