YOUR MISSION
The Assistant Manager, Commercial Planning is responsible for driving regional planning excellence across SEA by consolidating forecasts, supporting seasonal planning, monitoring business performance, and providing data-driven insights to optimize sell-in, inventory, and commercial performance. The position requires planning expertise, commercial acumen, analytical skills, and cross-functional collaboration to improve forecast accuracy, standardize regional planning processes, and support data-driven business decisions across SEA Wholesale Multi channels.
Task 1: Regional Forecast Planning
- Develop and consolidate seasonal sales forecasts by customer segment and division across SEA Wholesale Multi channels.
- Drive forecast accuracy through sales analysis, customer demand planning, and business trend evaluation.
- Support seasonal range and sales forecasting to optimize commercial performance.
- Monitor forecast performance and recommend actions to improve planning accuracy.
Task 2: Seasonal Planning & Execution
- Support seasonal planning activities, including Preline Meetings, Trade Shows, and customer reviews.
- Prepare Channel Review Decks, planning materials, and business presentations.
- Coordinate Wholesale PO planning and seasonal planning timelines.
- Ensure timely execution of key seasonal planning milestones.
Task 3: Business Performance Analysis
- Monitor sell-in, sell-through, inventory, and key business KPIs across SEA Wholesale Multi channels.
- Prepare regional sales reports, performance dashboards, and business analysis.
- Identify commercial risks and growth opportunities through business performance analysis.
- Provide data-driven insights to support commercial decision-making.
Task 4: Planning Process Management
- Standardize regional planning processes, forecasting methodologies, and reporting templates.
- Maintain planning tools, templates, and databases to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Drive continuous improvements to enhance planning efficiency and forecast accuracy.
- Coordinate regional planning reviews and Global planning alignment.
Task 5: Business Partnership & Planning Excellence
- Collaborate closely with Cluster Leads, Category Merchandising, Country Sales, GTM, Business Intelligence, and Planning teams to support regional business planning.
- Translate commercial insights into actionable planning recommendations to optimize sell-in, inventory productivity, and forecast accuracy.
- Support strategic business decisions through planning expertise, business analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders to drive regional planning excellence across SEA Wholesale Multi channels.
YOUR TALENT
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management or relevant studies.
Professional: Possess strong commercial acumen and a solid understanding of products, consumer trends, and market dynamics to support data-driven planning and business decisions. Entrepreneurship beyond the written responsibilities, as the position required borderless partnership across internal and external counterparts to create additional values on top of the existing business.
IT Skills: Advanced level in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
Language Skills: English
