Concretely, you start in Product Management. 
At reev, product doesn't follow strategy, product shapes it: our decisions determine how companies across Europe charge their fleets and manage their energy. In the team, that means discovery with users, working with product metrics, preparing decisions and collaborating closely with engineering. This internship puts you right in the middle of it. 

About the team 
We are an ambitious team working out of Munich, Zagreb and France. We are driven by changing mobility and energy for good and by building a category-leading company in the B2B segment. We strive to foster our strong culture of effective communication, ownership, and belonging.

What you'll do

Three things are true for everyone who joins us: 

• Own projects from day one. Whether it's an internal process, a critical ops case or a one-off challenge. You drive topics end-to-end and deliver fast.
• Work close to the decisions.You sit next to all teams, no matter if product, engineering, sales and leadership and prepare decisions instead of taking minutes.
• Be a learning machine. We want you to grow by taking on challenges outside your comfort zone.
  
  

On top of that, here is what is currently on the table in Product Management: 

• Understand users and sharpen ideas.You support user interviews, product concepts and decision papers, from the first sketch to the final call.
• Turn data into decisions. You analyse product metrics, spot the trends and help the team understand where we should improve.
• Work with Engineering. You follow product initiatives from idea to implementation and help turn decision into action.
• Explore what matters next. You research market developments and customer needs and bring your own ideas to the table.

What you bring along

What interests us most is your motivation and your ability to grow. Grit and ambition count more here than experience and specialist knowledge. You don’t need to know exactly what you want to do yet. There is no perfect CV, the points below give you an idea of what we look for: 

• You think, communicate and work in a structured way - in English and in German.
• You take ownership and finish what you start, even when nobody follows up.
• You are studying or in a gap year. Which subject matters less to us.
• You have challenged yourself in a demanding environment before.  At university, in a startup, in consulting, through your own project. 
• You want to help shape one of the biggest shifts of our generation: energy and mobility.

Where you will work
Our office at Stiglmaierplatz provides space for creativity, direct collaboration, and celebrating successes together. For this role, we expect you to work on-site at least three days per week.
