Commercial Janitorial & Floor Care Services
High-rise condominium, office, hotels & other
C&E Building Maintenance, Inc. is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to generate qualified leads and schedule meetings with prospective clients throughout Miami-Dade and Broward counties.
Since 1983, C&E provides outsourced janitorial services for luxury high-rise condominiums, office buildings, and commercial properties. We also specialize in marble floor restoration, power washing, and carpet cleaning.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify condominium, office, and commercial properties that need C&E’s services.
- Connect with property managers, board members, facility managers, and other decision-makers.
- Generate leads through calls, emails, networking, referrals, and property visits.
- Schedule qualified meetings and property walkthroughs for the company President to attend and close.
- Gather information about each prospect’s needs, current provider, contract status, and decision-making process.
- Maintain consistent follow-up and accurate lead records.
- Develop opportunities for recurring janitorial contracts and specialty cleaning projects.
Qualifications
- Business development, outside sales, or lead-generation experience.
- Experience in janitorial services, property management, commercial real estate, or facility services is preferred.
- Existing relationships with property managers or condominium associations are a strong advantage.
- Professional, organized, persistent, and comfortable with outbound prospecting.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- English required; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Success will be measured by qualified leads, meetings scheduled, proposal opportunities created, and new business generated.
