Clinical Manager - Bed Control / Transfer Center

Responsibilities

Lead the coordination of patient transfers from referring facilities, ensuring the seamless movement of complex cases to Piedmont Atlanta Hospital. Optimize patient care and operational efficiency by overseeing the hospital transfer process and ensuring smooth patient flow throughout the facility.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration or related field Required
• Master’s Degree Preferred

Work Experience

• 5 years clinical inpatient hospital experience with 2 of those years working in a leadership capacity. Required

Licenses and Certifications

• RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure Upon Hire Required
