ABOUT THE COMPANY
EROAD is a global fleet management technology company, delivering GPS tracking, video telematics, compliance automation and driver safety tools to fleet operators through an integrated hardware and software platform. As EROAD grows its customer base and revenue with a particular focus on the US market, we're hiring a Senior Vice President of Sales to lead and scale our North American sales organisation.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
This role owns the growth and performance of EROAD's North American sales business.
- Lead and scale the North American sales team, reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer
- Build out an enterprise-focused sales function for our telematics offering
- Set and drive enterprise sales strategy across direct, partner and channel motions
- Build a metrics-driven, accountable sales culture with clear KPIs
- Mentor and develop sales leaders as the team scales through a high-growth, competitive market
WHAT YOU NEED
You'll bring senior sales leadership experience and a track record of scaling teams in competitive, high-growth markets.
- 15+ years of B2B sales experience in a software business
- 7+ years of sales leadership experience
- Experience in a SaaS-based business model, or equivalent leadership experience in adjacent B2B tech verticals with strong enterprise SaaS exposure
- Prior experience leading enterprise sales teams
- A proven track record scaling sales teams through high-growth, competitive environments
- Experience developing and implementing enterprise sales strategy across direct, partner and channel sales
- Experience implementing accountability and KPI-driven cultures in a sales organisation
- A Bachelor's degree
- Telematics or related industry experience is a plus, as is hardware sales experience alongside SaaS
