Digital Media Specialist (Temporary position)

We're looking for a Digital Media Specialist to join our in-house agency.

My name is Elin Melin Lundström, and I'm looking for a colleague to join our team on a maternity leave cover. We're seeking someone who is curious, hands-on, and passionate about digital marketing. If you enjoy working across multiple digital channels, turning data into actionable insights, and collaborating with skilled colleagues, you could be the person we're looking for.

About the Team

You'll become part of our friendly in-house agency and a close-knit team of four digital specialists. While we support different product areas, we collaborate closely in our day-to-day work, continuously sharing knowledge, insights, and best practices.

Everyone on the team comes from an agency background and has spent many years working with paid digital media, analytics, and optimization. This gives us a strong shared understanding of both the platforms and what it takes to drive measurable business results.

About the Role

We are looking for a curious, collaborative, and technically confident Digital Media Specialist with broad expertise in paid digital media.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how different channels work together, while also enjoying hands-on work within the platforms themselves, from Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and programmatic display advertising to social media campaigns.

You thrive at the intersection of strategy, analysis, and execution and are eager to continue developing in a role where both business understanding and platform expertise are highly valued.

You will be responsible for planning, implementing, optimizing, and evaluating digital campaigns with a strong focus on business outcomes. The role requires both practical platform experience and a solid understanding of bidding strategies, product feeds, and digital measurement.

In This Role, You Will

• Plan, set up, and optimize campaigns across multiple digital channels
• Ensure campaign structures and bidding strategies support business objectives
• Work with product feeds and the technical foundations of data-driven advertising
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agency partners
• Present insights and recommendations in a clear and business-oriented manner
• Contribute both strategically and operationally to maximize the impact of digital media investments

We Believe You Have Experience With

• Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
• Programmatic display advertising
• Social media platforms such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and similar channels
• Bidding strategies and how different optimization goals impact campaign performance
• Product feeds, product data, and their application within performance marketing
• Measurement frameworks and third-party analytics tools
• Translating performance data into insights and actionable recommendations
