Service Sales Manager
Position Summary
We are seeking a Service Sales Manager to support and grow a significant portion of our Professional Services business across North America, with a primary focus on ParAlign and RGA offerings. This is an individual contributor role responsible for building pipeline, driving revenue, and expanding customer adoption of high-value diagnostic services.
The ideal candidate enjoys working directly with customers, understanding manufacturing processes, and connecting operational challenges to measurable business outcomes such as uptime improvement, yield gains, and cost reduction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for additional services and support, specifically around ParAlign and RGA.
- Conduct technical and value-based sales discussions with maintenance, engineering, operations, and leadership teams.
- Understand customer challenges and recommend solutions tied to measurable business outcomes (uptime, scrap reduction, throughput, cost avoidance).
- Generate new business opportunities through CRM activities, installed base analysis, referrals, and proactive prospecting.
- Build and manage a healthy, qualified sales pipeline while supporting revenue and growth objectives.
- Act as a support for Territory Sales Managers by providing technical and application expertise to advance opportunities.
- Travel to customer facilities to conduct meetings, facility tours, and line assessments (approximately 40% travel).
- Work closely with service delivery teams to ensure opportunities are properly scoped with clear objectives, success criteria, and site readiness.
- Ensure effective handoff to service delivery teams and minimize gaps between sales and execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customers receive reports, recommendations, and follow-up support in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with Order Management, Operations, Legal, and Finance on contracts, NDAs, purchase orders, and project requirements.
- Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information within CRM systems.
Qualifications
- Experience in industrial sales, technical sales, manufacturing, maintenance, reliability, or a related field.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to sell value-based or solution-oriented offerings.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in an individual contributor role.
- Experience using CRM systems to manage customer accounts and opportunities.
- Willingness to travel approximately 40%.

The salary range for this sales position (inclusive of sales incentives/commissions in local currency) is 112400 - 187700
