Content & Publications Global Delivery (CPGD) team is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Noida office

About the business

Mercer’s Talent All Access Portal (TAAP) is a thriving online platform that runs on a subscription revenue model. Our clients purchase subscription-based products via TAAP, where the CPGD team creates content comprises of analyzing data, tracking KPIs, key metrics, and other key data points relevant to a business, department, or specific process.

CPGD team also owns the web development and designing parts of the website. Our team of 30 people include data analysts (excel and automation experts), graphic & web designers, content/copy editors, etc. Talent All Access Portal, supported by CPGD generated revenue of over 13 million dollars last year and we are still growing

The incumbent in this role will ensure superior service delivery to the clients globally. This position manages who exercise latitude and independence in managing day-to-day Operations – experienced professionals / designers and to manage stakeholder requirements and relationships.

Service Delivery:

• Responsible for driving initiatives within the group and ensure the results from those with a confined focus on the timelines and quality
• Guide the team to project manage and produce high-quality design deliverables in line with process and Mercer benchmarks.
• Influence strong design solution & outcome, guided by overall company brand, voice, and aesthetics.
• Lead in reviewing planning materials or plans to assess consistency and completeness.
• Showcase effective project management skills to manage work with diverse set of teams - across functions and geographies.
• Ensure KPIs (SLA, Quality) are met, prioritizing clients at risk to ensure SLA is achieved.
• Accountable for delivering a high standard of quality on all administration tasks working to relevant deadlines.

Problem Solving:

• Issue resolution and root cause analysis, whilst assessing the wider employee or client impact and communicate within the team.

What you need to have: 

• Strong knowledge and experience in managing Design-multiple processes and their SLAs with operations
• Ability to be creative within established guidelines
• Level-headedness and organized under pressure
• Mandatory: Expertise and experience working in latest Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro), and MS Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel).
• Mandatory: Video production & animation (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Media Encoder, Audition)
• Mandatory: Advanced and proven knowledge of MS PowerPoint
• Familiarity with Figma, CSS/CSS3, HTML/HTML 5, Adobe Captivate or Articulate 360 will be a value add
• Adaptable and able to pick up new technologies
• Ability to build rapport and respond confidently to customer queries
• Strong ability to deal with difficult calls, both from vulnerable customers and those complaining
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Must have a strong appreciation and experience in knowledge transfer efforts and transition of processes.
• Ability to meet deadlines and a real desire to achieve results

• Assertive, challenges processes and the “as is” to achieve a better service and experience for the client
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience
• Minimum 12 months experience in C2 position
• Should not be under any Performance Counseling plan, or had any official Disciplinary action within the last 3 months
• Should have at least “On-Track” or equivalent rating in last appraisal
• Should not have applied for any other IJP within Mercer within the last 3 months

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience
