Seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our growing Functional Medicine Clinic. This role will support healthcare providers in delivering both virtual and in-person care, focusing on functional medicine.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual and in-person patient visits, gathering vital signs and health information.
• Maintain accurate patient records in the EMR system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and telemedicine standards.
• Assist providers with patient education, medication management, and follow-up care for both virtual and in-person appointments.
• Coordinate with Referral Coordinator to process patient referrals, scheduling, and ensure timely follow-up for all visits.
• Utilize telehealth platforms and EMR systems to ensure continuity of care across both virtual and in-person settings.
• Scheduling new patient appointments and follow up visits.
• Lab draws
• Supplement management.

Qualifications

Must be a graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant program with an active certification.
