Overview
We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams delivering projects within the Nuclear Decommissioning sector. You will be responsible for managing engineering delivery, supporting team development, driving innovation, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to important projects that support the clean-up and future of the UK's nuclear facilities.
Your role
- Lead and support engineering teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
- Manage technical risks and ensure engineering solutions meet project requirements.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including mechanical, civil, electrical, and control & instrumentation engineers.
- Encourage innovation, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.
- Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and supply chain partners to develop effective solutions.
- Support resource planning, recruitment, and development of engineering talent.
- Promote safe, efficient, and compliant project delivery.
- Contribute to business growth through technical expertise and bid support.
