About you
Cromwell Property Group is seeking a Regional Manager - Investment Partnerships to join our Funds Management team in Brisbane in a permanent position.
You are a commercially minded relationship builder with demonstrated success in investment distribution, funds management, financial services or a related capital raising role. You can take an opportunity from initial identification through investor engagement, due diligence and commitment while maintaining accurate forecasts and disciplined follow-through.
You communicate investment information clearly, understand the expectations of a regulated distribution environment and build trusted relationships with investors, advisers and intermediaries.
You will bring:
Demonstrated success in investment distribution, funds management, financial services or a related capital raising role.
Experience building relationships with relevant financial advisers, intermediaries, high-net-worth investors, family offices, wholesale investors or retail investors.
Demonstrated ownership of an end-to-end opportunity pipeline and delivery of agreed capital raising or sales outcomes.
Experience presenting investment products and operating within a regulated distribution environment.
Strong understanding of property investment, managed investment products and relevant distribution channels.
Commercial judgement, clear communication and the ability to prioritise opportunities using evidence.
Proficiency in CRM and pipeline reporting, with experience using Dynamics or a similar platform desirable.
About the role
Reporting to the Head of Private Wealth, you will own distribution and investor partnership activity, converting approved distribution strategy into capital inflows, trusted relationships, accurate pipeline visibility and compliant investor engagement.
Working across Funds Management and with Marketing, Legal, Risk and Compliance, investor services and operational teams, you will coordinate a consistent investor experience and provide practical market insights to inform priorities.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Developing and delivering coverage and distribution plans for approved investor segments in line with agreed strategy and targets.
Managing the opportunity pipeline from lead identification and qualification through engagement, due diligence and investment commitment.
Building and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective investors and intermediaries within the assigned coverage plan.
Planning and delivering meetings, presentations, roadshows, investor briefings and industry engagement using approved materials.
Acting as relationship lead for assigned investors and coordinating timely responses and internal hand-offs.
Maintaining complete and accurate CRM records and preparing pipeline, activity, conversion and forecast reporting.
Capturing investor feedback and market intelligence and translating it into practical insights for relevant stakeholders.
Conducting distribution activity within approved product, disclosure, marketing, regulatory and compliance requirements.
