Job Description

As a Security Officer Reception Desk in Bonita Springs, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a commercial real estate location, you will welcome residents, visitors, and vendors while maintaining a professional, visible presence. You will manage access, monitor activity, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, visitors, vendors, and guests at the front desk of a condominium community while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Monitor access to the property by greeting visitors, verifying credentials, managing guest and vendor entry, and maintaining accurate visitor and package records.
• Answer phones, provide general information, receive deliveries, and communicate resident requests or concerns to appropriate on-site personnel.
• Monitor security-related systems, including cameras, access control, alarms, and intercoms, and report unusual activity or equipment concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and emergency situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters to appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
