A South African team already sits alongside the UK crew, and Crucible now wants a sharp early-career marketer to join it.
It's a proper first step into agency life, with structured training across all aspects of marketing, an extremely friendly team, and more scope as you prove yourself.
The Role
This is a junior marketing role with real variety. We already have a South African placed at Crucible and she is thriving. We are looking for someone sharp who learns quickly, and earns more scope as trust builds.
What you’ll own:
- Internal marketing for Crucible itself
- Support with strategic planning
- CMS content management, including uploading and updating content on client sites
- Project support across the business, growing as you build trust and capability

The Person
Who we’re looking for:
- At least 1 year in digital marketing
- Detail-oriented, and careful even when the work gets repetitive
- Learns quickly and is resourceful, including using AI tools to work through problems
- Organised and reliable, able to work independently once trained
