This position reports to:
Sales Support Manager__
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team and customers by identifying cost-effective, technically suitable solutions and contributing to complex offer preparations
- Provide technical consultation in meetings, presentations, and negotiations, ensuring accurate communication of technical details
- Manage the development of technical/commercial offers per customer specifications, coordinating with relevant internal teams
- Manage contract negotiations in line with ABB terms, analyze lost opportunities, and support project handovers and improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering; experience with MV systems and switchgear design/sales is preferred
- Skilled in reading technical specifications, preparing deviation lists, and completing datasheets for MV switchgears
- Experience in contractual negotiations and technical clarifications is preferred
- Fluent in English and Turkish (any additional language is a plus ) ; proficient in MS Office; culturally adaptable and open to international travel
