Our Group:
As part of the HR organization supporting the Process Diagnostics and Control (PDC) business unit, you will help strengthen our leadership, culture, and organizational effectiveness. Our teams drive innovation in machine learning- and computer-vision–based metrology and inspection products that enable next‑generation semiconductor manufacturing.
What you'll be doing:
- Performance Optimization: Diagnose business challenges and deliver interventions to optimize organizational and team performance.
- Talent Management: Lead organizational and talent assessments, build talent strategies, and develop workforce capability through selection, assessment, development, and succession planning.
- Change Management: Design and implement change management, communication, and engagement strategies.
- Leadership Development: Coach and develop managers across a wide range of leadership topics including performance management, career development, and employee relations.
- HR Initiatives Delivery: Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and HR Operations to deliver HR initiatives.
- Analytics & Tools: Use tools such as Workforce Dashboard and Workday to perform data‑driven analyses that support business decision‑making.
- Organizational Development: Design and implement OD initiatives to enhance team effectiveness and organizational performance.
- Team Formation: Guide team formation and development processes to build cohesive, high‑performing teams.
- Leadership Training: Develop and deliver leadership training programs.
What you should have?
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree an advantage.
- At least 4 years of HR experience from large global organizations .
- HR Experience from Multidisciplinary organizations- an advantage.
- Experience in HR practices, talent management, and organizational development.
- Strong business acumen with ability to interpret business challenges and recommend best‑practice solutions.
- Advanced problem‑solving skills; capable of leading others to solve complex issues using innovative thinking.
- Demonstrated impact on operational, project, or service outcomes.
