The team
At our Nordic headquarters at Avedøre Holme in Hvidovre, Copenhagen area, you’ll be part of a dedicated team of 115 back-office colleagues who collaborate every day to support more than 550 co-workers across the Nordics and Baltics. Here, you’ll take on your own areas of responsibility and work closely with 12 experienced team members.
Your tasks will be
- Translating, proofreading and distributing image and text material
- Possible graphic work in InDesign (flyers, price tags, invitations, etc.)
- Uploading and managing press releases online
- Collecting and analyzing data – from Instagram and other digital platforms
- Administrative ad hoc tasks
What you bring
You are a motivated student eager to gain hands-on experience in marketing and communications. You thrive in a fast-paced, international environment and enjoy taking ownership of your tasks.
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn, you are organized and detail-oriented, able to independently manage multiple priorities without losing sight of the bigger picture. You enjoy contributing new ideas and making an impact from day one.
- You are currently pursuing a relevant Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field, with at least one year remaining of your studies, or you have recently started your Master's degree
- Fluency in written and spoken English and knowledge of one or more Nordic or Baltic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Estonian, Latvian or Lithuanian) is required
- You communicate clearly and confidently
- You’re confident using the Office Suite and ideally have knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop
- Around 15 flexible working hours per week, scheduled around your studies
