FP&A Analyst

## What you’ll do:

Division Operation Finance:

• Oversee Division operation's cost-saving and cost-control measures, including procurement, production, logistics, and other operating expenses
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify risks and opportunities, drive cost reduction initiatives, and enhance overall division performance.
• Manage overall division CAPEX and oversee asset management activities
• Participate in annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, month-end closing, and financial reporting
• Involve in product costing, annual cost roll-up updates, and cost analysis
• Support the development, optimization, and implementation of financial processes and policies
• Assist in compliance management at the plant level
• Support financial risk management activities
• Perform other ad-hoc costing-related analyses and projects

Division Digitalization:

• Responsible for finance digitalization and finance transformation projects within the division
• Design and promote overall digital transformation roadmap, and align digital projects with business goals.
• Coordinate the planning, implementation and training of digital projects, track project progress, sort out implementation results, make regular digital transformation reports and effect evaluation.
• Optimize daily business workflows, deeply sort out pain points, design process optimization and digital upgrading solutions, and promote the efficient application of core digital systems such as OA, BI and ERP.

## Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, Big Four experience is a plus
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing finance, 3+ years of manager experience, 4+ years of experience in digitalization and process optimization.
• Strong hands-on experience with ERP systems
• Proficient in digital systems such as Power BI, OA system, and common business management tools.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills
• Solid understanding of financial policies and internal controls
• Familiar with industry digital trends, with strong insight and innovative mindset; eager to learn and explore new technologies
• Excellent cross-functional communication, coordination and problem-solving abilities, proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of responsibility and work ethic, quick learner with strong ambition
• Strong mobility, with flexibility to support operations at multiple manufacturing locations (DG, PHP)
• Result-oriented, with the capability to independently drive the implementation of digital projects.
• Strong logical thinking, able to sort out complex business processes and formulate feasible optimization plans.
