DriveNets' solutions power production networks for global tier-1 operators like AT&T and Comcast, and scale multi-vendor AI infrastructures at foundation model labs, NeoClouds, and enterprises.Responsibilities- Take a key role in the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, ensuring compliance with US GAAP.- Implement and monitor internal controls, policies, and workflows across the company.- Oversee the Bookkeeper's responsibilities, verify accuracy, and reconcile accounts for period-end closing.- Oversee foreign subsidiaries' accounting, local requirements, salaries, and financial reports.- Manage and support day-to-day finance activities, including accounts payable, cash flow, banking transactions, payments, billing, and VAT returns.- Manage the payroll process in coordination with the external payroll bureau.- Work with the external auditor and prepare the annual financial statements and tax reports in compliance with official guidelines and requirements.- Undertake ad hoc accounting and finance-related projects as needed. Technical Skills- 2–4 years of experience in a similar position within the hi-tech industry.- Internship at one of the Big 4 accounting firms — a must.- Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with US GAAP.- Advanced knowledge of ERP systems, with NetSuite being an advantage.- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including experience with inventory-related workflows.- Native-level proficiency in English — a must.Soft Skills- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize workload, and meet tight deadlines.- Accurate, detail-oriented, and highly professional in approach.Nice to Have / Advantage- Experience with NetSuite ERP.- Experience with inventory-related workflows.If your experience is close but doesn't fulfil all requirements, please submit your application.
