Job Description:
- Greeting patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Answering multi-line phones and directing calls appropriately
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Verifying insurance information and collecting patient payments
- Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring confidentiality
- Assisting with daily administrative tasks and office organization
- Coordinating with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient flow
- Upholding the practice's high standards of service and appearance
