People Operations Specialist – Hire LATAM
Function: People Experience
Scope: LATAM (18 Countries)
Location: Bosques / Hybrid
JOB PURPOSE
In this role you will drive HR operational excellence across the Hire employee lifecycle for 18 countries in Latin America. You will partner with Talent Acquisition, HRBP´s, Payroll, Rewards to deliver a seamless hiring experience while ensuring compliance, data accuracy and operational excellence. The role owns end-to-end Hire processes, supports international transfers and leads Hire-related projects and transformation initiatives across the region.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
- Manage end-to-end Hire processes across 18 LATAM countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance and excellent employee experience.
- Coordinate hiring activities with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Payroll, Rewards and external stakeholders.
- Lead and support international transfers, ensuring all operational, payroll and compliance activities are completed on time.
- Act as the key operational point of contact for Hire-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives across LATAM.
- Maintain employee data accuracy and integrity within Workday and related HR systems.
- Ensure timely integration of employee data into payroll and downstream systems to avoid employee impact.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and drive standardization and simplification across markets.
- Monitor service levels, operational metrics and policy compliance across countries.
- Support regional and global transformation initiatives related to hiring and/or onboarding.
- Build trusted partnerships with stakeholders across multiple countries, cultures and organizational levels.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Must have intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
- Desirable experience working with Workday.
- Experience in HR Operations, Shared Services or Employee Lifecycle processes.
- Experience working in regional or multi-country environments would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of HR policies, compliance requirements, and employee data management is beneficial.
- Exposure to project management, process improvement, or transformation initiatives is preferred.
- Experience supporting international transfers or global mobility activities would be a plus.
