You’ll follow detailed clinical care plans, monitor changes in the individual’s condition and perform the specialist interventions needed to keep them safe, stable and comfortable at home. Your responsibilities may include:Providing personal care, medication and clinical interventions Managing tracheostomies, ventilation and specialist equipment Monitoring clinical observations and recognising deterioration Maintaining accurate records and escalating concerns immediately---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------What We’re Looking ForThis is more than a job. You’ll be trusted with someone’s safety and wellbeing while delivering care that requires skill, focus and sound judgement. It takes a certain kind of person: someone compassionate, dependable and highly attentive who can remain calm and act correctly under pressure.
