We are partnering with a leading international aircraft leasing platform to recruit a Contracts & Compliance Manager to join its Dublin office. Reporting to the Head of Legal, this role offers a unique opportunity to combine compliance oversight with legal operations, supporting a broad portfolio of cross-border aircraft leasing transactions across the EMEA region.
The Role
You will play a key role in managing the Irish compliance framework while supporting the Legal team with contract administration, transaction documentation, and legal operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within the aviation finance sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) and oversee AML and compliance activities.
- Conduct AML and customer due diligence reviews, sanctions monitoring, compliance testing, and policy updates.
- Coordinate compliance reporting and governance activities with senior management and the Board.
- Support aircraft leasing transactions by managing Conditions Precedent/Conditions Subsequent documentation and transaction records.
- Maintain legal documentation and contract records within internal systems.
- Coordinate with external legal advisers, manage legal fee budgets, and oversee invoice administration.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and legal requirements while supporting ongoing process improvements.
About You
- Minimum 3 years' experience in compliance, contracts administration, company secretarial, corporate services, operations, financial services, or a related environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Knowledge of AML, compliance, or corporate governance principles.
- Aviation, leasing, banking, or financial services experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confident communicator who enjoys working across legal, commercial, and operational teams.
