Description
Position: Cultural Advisor
Location: Baumholder, DEU
Kaiserslautern, DEU
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 (one) year experience in customer service oriented tasks.
- Minimum of 1 (one) year experience working with military families or community outreach programs
- Ability to communicate in both German and English.
Specific Tasks:
- Shall provide Cultural Adaptation and Foreign Born Family support services for Army Community Service (ACS). Services include but are not limited to host nation local community tours, German language courses.
- Shall meet weekly with Relocation Readiness Program Manager to discuss program statistics and progress. Meetings can be in person or telephonic.
- Shall interact with customers and staff in accordance with professional business standards and in compliance with military customs and courtesies
