Summary:
As an AI Native Software Engineer, a typical day involves developing and delivering software solutions where artificial intelligence is deeply integrated into the engineering process. This role focuses on creating production-ready applications by embedding AI principles throughout the software lifecycle. The engineer continuously works on enhancing software quality and compliance while innovating methods to improve development and operational practices. Collaboration and iterative refinement are key aspects, ensuring that AI-driven software meets evolving business and technical requirements effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in AI-native software development.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Jakarta EE.
- Experience with Java Enterprise Edition components and frameworks.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable AI-integrated applications.
- Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and microservices.
- Competence in debugging, testing, and performance tuning of enterprise applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Jakarta EE.
- This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
