Summary:
As an AI Native Software Engineer, your day involves creating and delivering software solutions where artificial intelligence is deeply integrated into the development process. You will focus on building production-ready applications that leverage AI capabilities throughout the software lifecycle. Your work includes validating solutions to ensure they meet quality and compliance standards, while continuously enhancing the methods and practices used to develop and operate software. Collaboration and innovation are key as you contribute to evolving how software is engineered in an AI-driven environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in AI-native software development.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align software development with organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Jakarta EE.
- Strong experience in developing scalable and maintainable enterprise applications using Jakarta EE technologies.
- Familiarity with integrating AI components into software systems to enhance functionality and performance.
- Ability to design and implement robust APIs and microservices architectures.
- Experience with software lifecycle management including testing, deployment, and monitoring in AI-driven environments.
- Knowledge of cloud-native development practices and containerization technologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Jakarta EE.
- This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
