Commercial Lines Agent – Bilingual
Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Agent – Bilingual to join a growing team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in commercial lines insurance sales, who is fluent in both English and Spanish. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in quoting and securing new commercial insurance business while contributing to the growth and success of the organization.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000 annually, plus bonus and commission opportunities.

- Work Arrangement: Fully in-office for the first 1-2 months, followed by a highly flexible schedule.
- Travel: No travel required.
Responsibilities
- Quote and secure new commercial lines insurance business, with a focus on General Liability, Auto, Property, Umbrella, and BOP policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met effectively.
- Utilize NowCert software to manage and process insurance quotes and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental and company growth objectives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulations to provide accurate and informed advice to clients.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of commercial lines insurance sales experience, preferably with a captive agency (e.g., Allstate, State Farm, Farmers).
- Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using NowCert software or similar insurance management platforms.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
