Regional manager

Managing and supporting an average of 20 stores at the same time is no easy task. You will be responsible for coaching store managers on workforce planning, productivity, sales performance, and profit margins, a full-time role in itself. But we expect more.

We want all our employees to be bra-fitting experts. We want every customer to be welcomed with confidence, to receive outstanding service, and to leave feeling inspired. We want our teams to have a strong understanding of stock availability and for our stores to always look their very best. You will support and empower store managers to make this happen.

You get it. You do not just make sure everything runs smoothly, you know when and where to go the extra mile. You continuously add value, stay closely connected to what is happening in your stores, and never lose sight of the bigger picture.

What do we offer?

An inspiring and dynamic work environment where you can truly excel. We challenge you to bring out the best in yourself and your team, and in return, we provide the opportunities, support, and freedom to grow and achieve your ambitions.
