Position Summary

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations in Trinidad & Tobago. The ideal candidate will assist with inventory control, receiving and dispatching materials, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating warehouse activities to ensure an efficient and well-organized operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support daily warehouse operations.

• Receive, inspect, organize, and store incoming materials and products.

• Prepare and coordinate orders for dispatch and delivery.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with regular inventory counts.

• Monitor stock levels and report shortages, discrepancies, or damaged items.

• Ensure products and materials are properly labeled, stored, and organized.

• Prepare and maintain warehouse documentation, including receiving and dispatch records.

• Enter and update inventory information using Microsoft Office and Excel.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure materials are available when needed.

• Follow established warehouse procedures and safety guidelines.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

• Support other warehouse activities and operational tasks as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 1 year of experience or more in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or a related field.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.

• Good organizational and communication skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Good time-management and problem-solving skills.
