Key Responsibilities
Marketing Operations & Ways of Working
Build and maintain the Retail Group marketing operating cadence: campaign kickoffs, creative reviews, channel sync-ups, and post-mortems.
Establish and steward project management standards, workflow tools, and reporting that scale across the marketing organization’s internal agency model.
Own the Retail Group integrated marketing budget, tracking spend across channels and agencies against plan, and identifying opportunities to reinvest into what’s working.
Oversee vendor and agency relationships, holding partners accountable for creative quality, timelines, and ROI.
Integrated Campaign Strategy & Execution
Own the end-to-end Retail Group marketing calendar, aligning brand campaigns, promotional moments, and always-on activity across paid, owned, and earned channels.
Translate brand and merchandising priorities into fully integrated go-to-market plans with clear briefs, timelines, owners, and success metrics.
Partner with Creative, Media, and CRM leads so every campaign lands as one cohesive customer experience, not a set of disconnected channel executions.
Lead post-campaign analysis and reporting, turning performance data into sharper briefs and better decisions for the next cycle.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Serve as the primary connective tissue between the Creative Agency, Media Agency, and CRM teams, keeping work moving without relying on formal authority.
Partner with Merchandising, Ecommerce, Store Operations, and Finance to align campaigns with Retail Group business priorities and inventory realities.
Build trusted relationships across the organization, unblocking teams and resolving conflicting priorities before they slow down execution.
Represent the Retail Group marketing point of view in cross-functional planning and leadership meetings.
Brand Stewardship & Performance
Safeguard brand consistency and voice across every channel and every banner in the Retail Group portfolio.
Champion a test-and-learn culture, using data to continuously improve conversion, engagement, and channel efficiency.
Bring an outside-in view of the competitive and retail marketing landscape, surfacing trends and opportunities worth pursuing.
Prepare executive-ready materials and readouts on campaign performance, budget, and marketing operations for the Chief Marketing Officer and senior leadership.
