At iProspect Greece, a dentsu company, we're looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape and optimize the digital performance strategies of major brands while working alongside a talented team of media and performance specialists.

The role reports to the Team Leader and collaborates closely with the wider iProspect and dentsu Greece teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, optimize, and scale campaigns across leading digital advertising platforms.
• Monitor and improve campaign performance against agreed KPIs and business objectives.
• Analyze performance data and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
• Develop and implement testing strategies, experiments, and new platform features to improve results.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and performance expectations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships alongside the Performance Marketing Team Leader.
• Ensure best practices, innovation, and continuous improvement across all digital marketing activities.
• Create insightful performance reports and dashboards using tools such as Looker Studio (Data Studio) and Power BI.

What You'll Bring

Required Experience

• Minimum 4 years of agency-side experience managing performance marketing campaigns.
• Proven track record of driving measurable business results, particularly for e-commerce and conversion-focused campaigns.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Shopping) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• Experience setting, monitoring, and optimizing KPIs based on business objectives.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and campaign performance analysis.
• Excellent analytical skills with strong proficiency in Excel and data interpretation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong attention to detail and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

Nice to Have

• Experience with LinkedIn Ads, X (Twitter) Ads, TikTok Ads, or other social advertising platforms.
• Experience with Programmatic platforms such as DV360, Adform, or similar.
• Knowledge of Google Tag Manager.
• Experience with AdTech and AdOps tools.
• Understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Communications, Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.
• Postgraduate studies in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
