Position Summary: Sanctuary Wealth is seeking an entrepreneurial investment professional to lead and expand its Private Direct Investments platform. This highly visible role combines institutional investment expertise, investment banking, private capital markets, and business development to build a scalable, advisor-centric private investment platform across Sanctuary’s national network of independent advisors.
The Director will be responsible for evaluating, structuring, executing, and distributing differentiated private investment opportunities to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients. The role will span private equity, private credit, real estate, venture capital, infrastructure, structured investments, and other alternative asset classes.

The successful candidate will go beyond traditional investment due diligence. He or she will help build the business by leading transactions, driving capital formation, expanding advisor adoption, developing strategic partnerships, and managing the financial performance of the platform. This is an opportunity for an investment professional who combines strong analytical and transaction capabilities with a commercial mindset and a passion for building businesses within the independent wealth management channel.
