THE TEAM
The GSA Marketing team is responsible for Ticketmaster's marketing activities across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Our mission is to grow the business by retaining existing clients, maximizing revenue potential and winning new business from both existing and new verticals. To achieve this, we deliver both B2B and B2C marketing – for our clients as well as for our own brand.
THE JOB
As Marketing Manager Brand, Event & B2B Marketing, you drive the execution of our brand strategy in Germany and Austria, while also supporting the Swiss team and plan events and B2B initiatives that fuel our sales efforts. You bring global campaigns to life at a local level, ensuring our brand shows up consistently across every touchpoint.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Implement and localize Ticketmaster's global brand strategy, campaigns and materials for the GSA region, developing complementary local initiatives where needed
Align closely with the EMEA Brand Marketing team to ensure consistency with global guidelines and brand standards
Plan and organize B2B events (e.g. industry events, artist and partner activations) for the GSA market in close collaboration with the sales teams and senior colleagues
Create marketing materials, presentations and sales collateral for B2B purposes such as Case Studies, White Papers and Blog Content aligned with Content Marketing team
Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis for the GSA region, generating sales-enablement insights and market research findings that inform brand, event and B2B strategy
Team up with Content & Community Marketing colleagues on LinkedIn and other business-focused social networks, aligning on decision-maker-targeted content that supports B2B goals and brand positioning
Regularly review local brand and event strategy against global objectives and reporting standards
Ensure a consistent brand presence across all channels and touchpoints
Measure and report on the success of brand and event initiatives
Coordinate with external agencies, service providers and creative partners
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)
First professional experience in marketing (e.g. through internships, working student roles or 1-2 years in a full-time position), ideally with exposure to brand, event or B2B marketing
Interest in and understanding of planning and supporting events of varying scale
Understanding of B2B marketing mechanics and openness to collaborating with sales teams
Good organizational skills, hands-on mentality and a structured way of working
First experience supporting the coordination of agencies or external service providers is a plus
Fluent German and very good English skills
Interest in entertainment, live events or ticketing; experience with UI/UX design tools (especially Figma) is a plus
Willingness to travel within the GSA region
YOU (BEHAVIOURAL SKILLS)
Good communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different stakeholders, from internal teams to sales, partners and clients
Good organizational skills, with the ability to support multiple campaigns, events and deadlines at once
Creative mind with an eye for brand consistency, keen to bring campaigns and events to life at a high standard
Interest in the commercial side of marketing with a willingness to learn how brand and event activities support sales and business goals
Comfortable representing the brand externally, e.g. at events, with partners or clients, with support from senior team members
Proactive and hands-on, eager to take on ownership and grow into planning and execution responsibilities
Ability to stay organized and reliable under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Collaborative team player, keen to work effectively across marketing, sales and cross-market teams
